hello, faithful 12. yes....aware of the fact that I haven't posted in 100 years. (real time, two weeks.) but forgive me, as life has been SO busy. getting hitched in four weeks and my real job is giving me an ulcer. meh, we've all been there.
the next few posts will be catching up on some recipes creations and events that have transpired over the past weeks. but today...i am going to introduce you to my friend Melly's new blog Cookies to Couscous ! (get the shameless promotion? heh heh.)
some background: i met Melly (real name: Melissa) when I worked at an undisclosed women's magazine; my first post-college job. she is a writer/chef/recipe creator/food stylist/genius. I have learned a great deal of what I know from her and always helps me when I have a breakdown over frosting texture. she loves saltines and salsa, has curly red hair that sticks to everything and huge blue eyes. she also loves dogs. all of these things make me happy that she is my friend.
